Context

It is an opt-in feature, so organizations need to turn it on before it becomes available.
Answer
The LangChain Engine can be enabled directly from the LangSmith UI by an organization admin. To turn it on:
Log in to LangSmith as an organization admin.
Navigate to Settings > Engine Enablement.
Toggle the LangChain Engine option on.
