Context
When you're managing prompts in the system, you may see a reference to archiving prompts as an alternative to deleting them. Archiving allows you to preserve prompts without having them active in your workspace, which can be useful for maintaining a record of previously used prompts while keeping your active prompt list organized.
Answer
To archive a prompt, follow these steps:
Navigate to and view the prompt you want to archive
Click the 3 dot menu (⋯) in the prompt interface
Select "Update Metadata" from the dropdown menu
Scroll down to find the Archive settings section
Configure the archive settings as needed
This process allows you to archive the prompt rather than permanently deleting it, giving you the option to restore it later if needed.
